Sapulpa Indian Health Center Patients – Flu and/or COVID-19 Vaccine Opportunities
October 1, 2021Beginning September 20, the Sapulpa Clinic is offering walk-in flu and/or COVID-19 vaccine opportunities. Vaccines are available between 8 am and 4:30 pm. Appointments are not required.
- COVID-19 vaccines are available to patients that are 12 years of age and older.
- Must be 18 years or older to receive the flu vaccine. Pediatric patients under 18 will need to schedule a nurse visit for the flu vaccine. You may call (918) 224-9310 ext. 2224 to schedule an appointment.
A parent or guardian must be present in order for a minor to receive a vaccine.
